Training courses for intercultural skills
Dealing with cultural differences is part of day-to-day working practice for administrative employees. Conflict situations can arise due to various cultural identities and interpretations which severely hamper day-to-day working life. When it comes to personal contact, it is important to interpret culture-specific behaviour correctly and to react accordingly to differences in values, thinking and behaviour.
Within the scope of the project's objective of "intercultural opening up of public administrations", we offer training courses in intercultural skills.
